Invitations, reminders and check-in for associations and companies

Carton Blanc sends your invitations from your own file, reminds only the contacts who have not replied at two weeks, and closes registration at the venue's capacity. Your team stops chasing replies by hand, and the attendance figure is there on the night.

From your file, without duplicates

Import an Excel file or paste a list of addresses. Duplicates are merged and unsubscribed people left out; the file carries over from one event to the next, with its history of replies and attendance.

Approved mailings, targeted reminders

Each email is prepared as a dated draft: save-the-date at D−42, invitation at D−28, reminder at D−14 to non-registered guests only, note the day before, a message to attendees and absentees at D+2. None goes out without approval, and an account's first mailing is checked by Carton Blanc.

On the night, the welcome desk and the figures

The check-in list opens on a phone or tablet, with a connection. After the event, the list of guests and attendees exports as CSV for Excel.

Several team members can be invited into the space. Invoices carry the company name and VAT number you provide.

An example: an association's general meeting, 400 members

The membership file is imported in one go. The save-the-date goes out six weeks before, the notice of meeting four weeks before. At two weeks, the reminder only goes to members who have not registered.

On the day, two volunteers check arrivals in on their phones; the number present shows on screen. The figures in this example are fictional, and the quorum is still calculated under your own rules.
