One event — €49 incl. VAT
Email invitations, the reply page, sign-up tracking, reminders and the door list for your event.
- No subscription required: paid once, for this event.
- First mailings capped at 300 recipients, raised up to 1,000 on approval.
- Access to the event until 30 days after its date, follow-up message included.
- You pay when you schedule the first mailing. Carton Blanc then reviews it: if it meets our criteria, it goes out at the planned time; otherwise we reply within one working day.
- As a consumer, you can withdraw within fourteen days as long as the first mailing hasn't gone out: you get a full refund.
Organising several events?
The subscription covers every event in your workspace: €99 incl. VAT per month, or €990 incl. VAT per year. Cancel in one click from your workspace, effective at the end of the paid period.
Your questions
What can I prepare for free?
Once your account is open, without paying: choose and customise your invitation from every template, create your event, import your guests and review the prepared emails. Payment unlocks sending the emails and publishing the reply page.
When do I pay?
When you schedule your first mailing, from the event page: €49 incl. VAT for that event, paid once, no subscription. Your payment details are only requested at that point.
When can my invitations go out?
Carton Blanc reviews your first mailing when you schedule it. If it meets our criteria, it goes out at the planned time; otherwise we reply within one working day. First mailings are capped at 300 recipients; raising the cap up to 1,000 requires approval. A properly sent email can still land in a guest's spam or Promotions tab: no service guarantees the main inbox.
Do my guests need an account?
No. They open the link in their email and reply on the event page, with their name and email already filled in.
Can a guest bring someone?
Yes, if you allow it in the event settings: each guest can then say they will come with one other person.
What happens when the event is full?
You set the capacity. Once the event is full, anyone who signs up goes on the waiting list: they see it on screen and receive it by email.
How do I follow up with guests who haven't replied?
When you create the event, a reminder is drafted and dated two weeks before. You review it; it only goes to guests who have not replied yet.
How does a guest cancel?
With the personal cancellation link in the emails they receive after signing up. You see the cancellation in your list, and the place can go to someone else.
Who can see contact details?
You, from your workspace, kept apart from other workspaces by the database itself. Carton Blanc hosts the list on your behalf and never sells or shares it. The database is in Paris; Vercel (application) and Resend (emails) also process data, under standard contractual clauses.
Can I export my list?
Yes, at any time, as a CSV file that opens in Excel, whether or not you subscribe.
Create an account
Your first name, last name and email address are enough to open your space. Everything else waits until it is needed. Preparation is immediate; publication and the first mailing are subject to a check.

- Your space opens, and the link to choose your password goes to your address (it is valid for one hour).
- You create your events, import your guests, prepare the emails and make your invitation cards, free of charge.
At your first mailing
- You pay for the event (€49 incl. VAT) or subscribe (€99 incl. VAT a month); your payment method is only asked for then.
- Carton Blanc checks your first mailing when you schedule it. If it meets our criteria, it goes out at the time you set; otherwise we reply within one working day.
- The registration page can be published once that first mailing is cleared.
